Are Anti-Aging Creams Necessary?
We asked a few people how to Are Anti-Aging Creams Necessary? and this is their answer.

Men never use any of that stuff. I don’t know if it’s because we don’t believe in it, or that we just don’t want to take the time, or seem to be gay, so I can’t tell you for sure.
What I can say for sure is my wife doesn’t have any wrinkles at age 57. She never exposes her face to the sun, almost to the degree a Muslim woman doesn’t and she uses cucumber slices and aloe vera fresh from the plant on her face.
I have a few wrinkles, never having used anything but at 64, I think you’re supposed to have some.

I don't believe in anything that claims to be anti aging. To understand why all that is just a marketing gimmick, you need to understand what cause aging.
Obviously time is a factor. However, aging can be sped up by environmental and genetic factors.
Environmental factors include pollution and the sun.
So how do you slow down aging due to these factors?
Wear sunscreen and have a great skin care regimen.
Follow that with a good diet and periods of fasting to allow the body detoxify.
Avoid stress as it takes a toll on all body organs including the skin which is the largest organ we have.
Using anti aging products is like looking for a product to turn ash into what it was before the item was burned.
Just don't burn what you feel you'll want back.
In the same vein, take care of your skin now so you'll not be tempted by the anti aging claim.
Besides wasting money you'll be frustrated when the claims don't happen.
In summary, no I don't believe they do work.

Well, obviously, the creams must work...that, and lifestyle, because when I see people of my age, in the 3rd world,I look, at least ! 10 years younger than all of them, incredible.
So, yeah, good genetics, it's better than cream, but anti aging creams, must be doing something good...mmm I guess that if the "anti aging agents" do nothing?, the UVA/UVB SPF30 included in my cream, is definitely working, and hyditrating the skin, can't be bad, isn't it?
I don't know if more expensive creams work better, but they do feel better in the skin, specially, the eye creams, the more expensive creams, feel nicer in the skin (but as said, if they also work better? in the short/long time? Who knows!)
So bottom line, I use an expensive anti aging eye cream, and a less expensive face day anti aging cream, with SPF 30.
At night, sometimes I use a more expensive, sometimes a cheaper...
I wouldn't recommend you, don't use the anti aging cream, 'cause → fact: wothout them, people look, a lot worst! :0

I have tried a variety of these products, and not one has helped in the least. So save your money!
Don't buy into the hype. I just buy a good cleanser and facial lotion, and cover up when going out in the sun.The only thing I tried that helped a little was this green tea eye gel. It reduces some puffiness and under eye bags, but all the other products? Not a difference at all.

I see so many people recommending random creams thinking they are good.
First of all there are few differences in every single cream.
Ingredients are most important factor when looking to buy cream.
You might be alergic on some of the ingredients and most of creams today are fill with chemicals so I would be extra careful for that.
Best aging cream is one you know that it works.
You got it by recommendation from your close friend or someone you know for a while.
I know most people will always say that something that they own it’s the best, but that’s not true at all.
I would consider firstly getting tips on anti-aging and from there learn a bit before you choose which cream you should use.
Of course they work, BUT…
More of them actually are full of fluff then they are working. As I said be aware of fake testimonials some amateurs are giving you.
